Hello Friend! The time has finally come and I’m so excited to share that the presale for my book “Stories for the (Urban) Soul” is now available on my website: nicoledmiller.com !!! This book project has definitely been a BIRTHING! I never fathomed that I would become a fiction author, and yet here I am. God does great things. Things that are larger than we can ever imagine Him doing! But, we can know them by His spirit (2 Cor 2:9-10).

Years ago I thought, “One day I will write a book” but that thought seemed so intangible. Like such a thing would occur a very long time from that time, (like in my 40s, which is such a long time for a 25-year-old). But I wrote my first book: How to Overcome Heartbreak: Recovering from Misguided Love in my late 20s, and thus began an unlikely, unorthodox writing career. I use those particular adjectives because I never went to school for writing; I was led to pursue business instead. But now I see, that was because God was going to have me be His writer, and was going to train me in my natural gifting His way.

What natural gifts do you have that you are not paying too much attention to? What desires are stirring in your heart that could indicate your calling, purpose, identity and destiny?

Time is short and flies by (I say this as a now late 30-something). I’m so glad I spent my time with Him so that now I can look back and say, “I have lived a very purposeful life”. And the benefit, is that there is so much more to go!
